Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Skkrum users. You may not use Skkrum to:
Break applicable law, regulation, court order, or the legal rights of another person.
Threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, impersonate, stalk, or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
Distribute malware, ransomware, malicious code, phishing content, credential-stealing material, or harmful automated payloads.
Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing, member limits, rate limits, security controls, or other technical restrictions.
Probe, scan, test, disrupt, overload, or interfere with Skkrum or third-party systems without authorization.
Use Skkrum for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized interception, or unauthorized access to communications or personal data.
Send spam, deceptive bulk communications, or unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law.
Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
Use another person's account or credentials without authorization.
Scrape, harvest, or extract user information except through functionality expressly provided or authorized by Hubroot.
Use AI functionality to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing conduct.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Skkrum except under an agreement permitting it.
Hubroot may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or others.
